  a peek into my off hours I am (apparently) one of the few that LOVE when the cooler weather of Autumn shyly begins to peek into our lives. Lower humidity, the crunch of fallen leaves beneath our feet, the golden glow of the afternoons, the way the atmosphere allows you to be able to hear train horns blow from miles away annnd...gathering around cozy fires! Some of my favorite FOOT WORKS products, including the 4-in-1 Pedicure Tool  (not pictured because it's in the shower. Also not pictured are the two tools from my Pedicure Kit that I have misplaced 😶.  #reallife) I think we can all agree, there's nothing like treating yourself to a relaxing pedicure! In this post, I'll share with you the easy steps I follow for an effective, economical and SANITARY at home pedicure. With these easy to follow instructions you will save yourself time and money! First, treat your feet to a 15 minute soak in a basin (or if you have one, a fanschy dedicated foot spa that vibrates) of warm water with a handful of Epsom salts thrown in to soften those babies up a bit. Afterwards, dry them thoroughly (don't forget to dry in between those toes!). H ave you had a chance to browse the current Avon brochure?  The deal I'm most excited about is the FREE Espira Blender Bottle ($15 value) with any $35 Espira purchase!   I got mine when I ordered a canister of the Plant Power Protein in Creamy Vanilla. I chose vanilla so that I can create different flavors of blenderized smoothies (but I do the same with chocolate too. Hellooo chocolate covered strawberry protein shake!...and many others!)  My favorite so far has been using a frozen banana, a couple of cubes of plain yogurt that I freeze in ice cube trays, and either strawberries or blueberries, water and a scoop of the protein powder.  I'll be whipping up my favorite "dreamsicle" recipe soon too!
